\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n This thirteenth annual conference of the European Society for Textual Scholarship (ESTS)<\/a>, is organized in conjunction with the Digital Scholarly Editing Initial Training Network (DiXiT)<\/a> and h<\/em>osted by the Centre for Manuscript Genetics<\/a> at the University of Antwerp, Belgium.<\/em><\/p>\n 5-7 October 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n Keynote speakers:<\/em><\/p>\n Kathryn Sutherland and Paul Eggert<\/strong><\/p>\n Guests of honour:<\/em><\/p>\n Hans Walter Gabler and Peter Shillingsburg<\/strong><\/p>\n As digital publications are reaching a stage of maturity and scholarly editors are becoming increasingly aware of the seemingly endless possibilities of hybrid or fully Digital Scholarly Editions, the impact of the digital medium on the field of Textual Criticism has become undeniable. As a result of this \u2018digital turn\u2019, textual scholars are now faced with new challenges and opportunities that have called for a re-evaluation of the field\u2019s established theoretical and practical framework.
